Front overhead view of the rod. Finally got a chance to speak with the owner/builder. Most parts were powder coated to look "old", The cooling system is in the rear box, and the motor is a small block chevy with twin 2-stage turbos. The exhaust side is pushed by the exhaust gases which in turn spin up the second stage turbine which then pushes the fuel into the intake. It's a friggin rocket ship on shitty tires.
